What does "Not rated" mean? Is it a bad grade?

"Not rated" is not a bad grade — it is a marker of insufficient information. When the latest annual report has not yet been filed, core financial-statement accounts cannot be verified, or no market price is available (for example during a trading halt), Maegim withholds the rating rather than forcing a score. We consider no grade more accurate than a grade built on inadequate data.
Withholding is not permanent: once the required data becomes available, scoring resumes automatically at the next run. A withheld stock's page shows the specific reason, so you can distinguish a routine filing delay from other circumstances.
