What are the disclosure badges on a stock page?
Using MaegimLast updated
Badges are records of facts determined by fixed rules from disclosures and periodic reports. They flag disclosure events that do not enter the grading formula but are worth knowing — for example a corporate value-up plan filing, a treasury-share cancellation, or a large rights-offering decision — and each badge links directly to the original filing.
A badge's color is merely a classification of the direction of empirical research on that disclosure type (adverse, mixed, or favorable evidence) — it is not an assessment of the company or an investment judgment. Badges are not buy or sell signals; please treat them only as a starting point for checking the disclosed facts.
